COVID-19, civil unrest and frequent change has caused many of us to worry, all while struggling to balance work, childcare and self-care.

You will get through this. The Coping with Change Group can help.

We are offering this group for current CODAC members and for free for the general community (non-members).

For Current CODAC Members: Mondays from 2:30-3:30pm starting September 14, 2020.

For the General Community (non-members): Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm starting September 24, 2020.
There is no cost to attend; no commitment is necessary.

This virtual Zoom Support & Skills Group will teach you the skills to manage the stress and be your best! Learn practical skills to manage stress, such as :

  • problem solving
  • positive activities
  • managing reactions
  • helpful thinking
  • social interactions

You can start this group at any time. You do not need to attend group every week to benefit from the practical skills you'll learn.

This group uses the evidence-based Skills for Psychological Recovery curriculum. It is not a therapy group, although it can be therapeutic.
