Center for Recovery & Independence

The Center for Recovery & Independence (CRI) offers a variety of programs where CODAC’s adult members can learn the skills necessary for success at work and independence at home and in the community. CRI provides training, education and job-related services to people who face daily challenges of disabilities and other barriers.

CRI Services

Volunteering at TRAK

CRI members volunteer at a local nonprofit called TRAK.

Individual & Group Support
Opportunities to learn and practice skills encompassing autonomy, self-empowerment, problem-solving and lifestyle balance as they relate to the world of work and the community.

Technology Center
Career assessment services, work-readiness skills and computer literacy programs are offered to assist members in reaching academic and employment goals.

Customer Service & Sales
Gain knowledge and skills of customers, products and money exchange tools to improve customer satisfaction, professional conduct and work ethic.

Educational Support & Resources
Self-paced instruction to facilitate participant learning and educational achievement and to successfully complete vocational training programs to prepare for the world of work.

General Education Development (GED)
Instruction is provided by certified adult education teachers who are skilled at teaching in differentiated learning environments.
