
Nicole Huggett, MSW, CPHQ
Vice President of Value-Based Care
Nicole Huggett is the Vice President of Value-Based Care at CODAC. In this role, she coordinates and oversees initiatives related to quality management, performance improvement, compliance, member health outcomes, efficiency of services, and informatics. She is passionate about utilizing data in practical, meaningful ways to improve the quality of care and outcomes for CODAC’s members.
Huggett completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, with a dual concentration in child welfare and nonprofit administration. Originally from Michigan, she relocated to Tucson for graduate school and began her career working directly with children and families. She later served as an evaluator for several local nonprofit and government programs, where she developed a strong interest in using data to strengthen services and improve outcomes for community members. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Arizona, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare management.
Huggett joined CODAC in 2015 as a Clinical Outcomes Analyst. Since then, she has held several leadership roles, including Director of Performance Outcomes and Senior Director of Population Health. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), has served on the boards of the Arizona Evaluation Network and Association for Healthcare Quality of Arizona, and co-founded the Tucson Tableau User Group. In 2024 she was recognized as one of Tucson’s 40 Under 40 by the Southern Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
