About Intensive Outpatient Treatment

CODAC’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers intensive therapy, support, outreach and care coordination for individuals newer in their recovery from drug or alcohol misuse.

Through at least nine hours of participation each week, participants have access to a variety of therapy, support and care coordination resources that promote long-term sobriety and health.

What to Expect

Using the evidence based programs, The Matrix Model and Helping Women Recover,  CODAC’s Intensive Outpatient Programs address:

  • Relapse prevention
  • Substance use education
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Co-occurring disorders
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy & motivational interviewing
  • Family support & education

Benefits of Participating in CODAC's IOPs:

  • Offers group therapy and skills classes in-person or by video conferencing
  • Individual therapy with a licensed therapist
  • Free childcare for parents while in treatment (on-site)
  • Free parenting courses
  • Care coordination, counseling and wellness support
  • Help connecting to resources
  • Ongoing peer support
  • Support with Department of Child Safety (DCS) and Family Drug Court needs
  • Meets requirements for court, probation and DCS
  • Provides free diapers
