CODAC is proud to announce the appointment of Roxanna Gonzalez, MA, LISAC, LAC as the new Vice President of Clinical Operations. With over a decade of executive management experience in clinical, medical and social service environments, Gonzalez brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this critical role.
With a background that encompasses direct care and administrative roles in non-profit, private business, state, federal and Tribal government sectors, Gonzalez has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive performance and spearhead program improvements. Her deep commitment to quality initiatives and enhancing services makes her an ideal fit for CODAC’s mission to provide exceptional care to our community.
Having directed clinical programs and services across five Arizona counties and Tribal governments, Gonzalez’s expertise in behavioral health is unmatched. She has developed innovative programs for special needs populations, improved regulatory compliance, and successfully managed large teams and budgets. Gonzalez is passionate about strategic planning and expanding care to underserved populations.
In her new role at CODAC, Gonzalez will oversee clinical operations of CODAC’s Cobblestone Court and Speedway outpatient treatment centers, with a focus on enhancing service delivery through a unified approach, expanding access to care and driving innovation in behavioral health services. She is enthusiastic about implementing AI solutions and leveraging data analytics to improve outcomes and efficiencies within the organization.

Gonzalez holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Her professional certifications include Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), with pending re-certification as a Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor and expected licensing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Fall 2024.
