CODAC has announced the promotion of Nicole Huggett, MSW, CPHQ, to the newly created role of Vice President of Value-Based Care. This new role reinforces CODAC’s commitment to providing high-quality care. By focusing on outcome-based models, we’re ensuring that our resources are directly tied to the health and success of the people we serve.
In her new capacity, Huggett joins the Executive Leadership team, reporting directly to the President and CEO. She will oversee three critical departments — Quality Management, Population Health, and Informatics — to align the organization’s data infrastructure with its clinical and financial goals.
“Value-based care is about more than just contracts; it’s about ensuring every person we serve achieves the best possible health outcomes,” said Dennis Regnier, CODAC’s President and CEO. “Nicole’s leadership will be instrumental in aligning our data and clinical excellence to deliver on our promise of wellness and recovery for the members we serve.”
Huggett’s tenure with CODAC began in 2015 as a Clinical Outcomes Analyst. Over the past decade, she has climbed the leadership ranks, previously serving as Director of Performance Outcomes and Senior Director of Population Health.
As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Huggett has focused her career on bridging the gap between complex data and practical, patient-centered care.
Huggett completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, with a dual concentration in child welfare and nonprofit administration. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Arizona, where she is pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Management.
