Kristine Welter Hall is Chief Operating Officer at CODAC. Kristine began her career at CODAC in 2003, spent time at University Physicians Healthcare and the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, and returned to CODAC in 2009 where she has held progressively responsible roles.
At CODAC, Kristine leads internal and external communications, community relations, marketing and advertising, fundraising, strategic planning and business development initiatives and has a large role in facilities planning and design.
Kristine is also the administrative lead of CODAC’s division that serves sexual assault survivors: the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (SACASA). In this role, she oversees grant administration, community collaborations, strategic initiatives, fundraising (including coordinating the annual Dine Out For Safety event) and sits on a variety of task forces aimed at enhancing services for survivors of sexual violence.
Kristine was recognized as one of Tucson’s 40 Under 40 in 2011 and was a member of the 2011-2012 class of Greater Tucson Leadership during which she co-led the creation of Tucson’s now iconic (though recently moved) I Am Tucson mural. Kristine was on the board of the GLBT Chamber of Commerce (now called LGBT Chamber of Commerce) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Southern Arizona Chapter. She has been an active participant in many community event planning committees such as the Tucson Recovery Expo, Community Mental Health Arts Show, Take Back the Night and Out of the Darkness Walk, among others.
