Sabreen Boone, DO is a family medicine provider with over 13 years of experience practicing medicine. She has also held progressively responsible leadership roles during her career, including owning and operating a concierge medical practice in Tucson for five years.
Dr. Boone received her doctor of osteopathy (DO) degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. She also completed a family medicine residency and integrative medicine fellowship at the University of Arizona Department of Family and Community Medicine. And, she received her master’s of medical management from the University of Arizona Eller School of Business. She is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.
As Chief Physical Health Officer at CODAC, Dr. Boone is responsible for providing high-quality care; establishing policies and procedures and recommending changes to improve patient experience and outcomes; supervising and evaluating the work of medical staff; oversight of Medical Assistants; and working collaboratively to further develop CODAC’s integrated care model and services, among other critical functions.
