CODAC’s Chief Operating Officer Recognized by Eller College as an Extraordinary Leader

In recognition of exceptional leadership and dedication to the community, Kristine Welter Hall, chief operating officer at  CODAC, was recognized with an “Ordinary Woman Doing Extraordinary Things” Award by the Eller College of Management in December 2023.

With a career spanning nearly 20 years and various roles within the organization, Kristine oversees a wide range of responsibilities including communications, marketing, fundraising and strategic planing. Kristine is also the administrative lead of CODAC’s division that serves sexual assault survivors: The Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault.

Kerry Stratford, president and chief creative officer at the Caliber Group, expressed admiration for Kristine’s accomplishments when nominating her for this award. “I have known and worked with Kristine for more than a decade. I’ve enjoyed watching her grow and add to her role to become an inspiring leader for her organization and a respected member of the healthcare industry and our communications and marketing community,” Kerry said. “She is very deserving of this honor and a great role model for our young professionals.”

The “Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things” Award recognizes women who have gone above and beyond in their respective fields, making significant contributions and serving as inspirations for others. Kristine’s achievements reflect not only her success but also the values and dedication that CODAC stands for. Congratulations, Kristine!
