CODAC Receives Lovitt & Touché Inversion Award

On March 5, 2023, CODAC was honored to receive recognition for our commitment to safety culture through a Lovitt & Touché annual Culture Inversion Award.

These awards are based on a proprietary safety model, which takes its name from the inverted version of the traditional safety pyramid, which emphasizes the proactive steps organizations can take to lead toward zero safety incidents with culture at the top.

According to Lovitt & Touché, recipients were chosen by a panel and considered the best candidates who:

  • Utilized the L&T Risk Management resources
  • Embraced the principles of Inversion as delivered by Lovitt & Touché’s Risk Control Team
  • Sustained an internal culture shift within the organization based on their interactions with Lovitt & Touché
  • Had a remarkable and favorable turn around and are now operating as a healthier business
CODAC is proud to prioritize safety for staff, members and the community and we extend a heartfelt congratulations to all of the 2023 Culture Inversion Award Recipients.
